Welcomo to Alan Michel Academia

Hi, I’m Alan Michel, a passionate music educator and professional guitarist. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Music and a master’s in Literature, with over ten years of teaching experience, including six years at the university level. I specialize in classical guitar, composition, music history, music theory, harmony, counterpoint, and Mexican folklore music.
 

I’ve had the privilege of teaching students of all levels, offering personalized instruction in these areas to help them develop their skills and understanding of music. As a founding member of two iconic guitar ensembles in Aguascalientes, I’ve recorded several albums and shared the stage with artists like Sergio Vallín from MANA.
 

I believe in fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment where students can explore their passion at their own pace. Music is more than just my profession—it’s my lifelong passion. I love helping students find their voice through their instruments and compositions.
